These Terms form an agreement between you ("you", "Customer") and GIVE A SMART OOD (trading as Neuro Insiders), a company registered in Bulgaria ("we", "us"). By using our site and services you agree to these Terms.

We provide neuromarketing analyses of visual creative (ads, packaging, out-of-home, etc.) delivered as a PDF report by email. The description and price of each service are shown on the relevant page before purchase.

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or authorised to bind a legal entity) and that the information you provide is accurate and current. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments, billing, tax and refunds. Payment and subscription mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, fraud, spam, infringing intellectual property, interfering with security (malware, probing, scraping) or automated data extraction without our written consent.

The site, reports, methodology and software used to produce them are owned by us or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the delivered reports for your internal business purposes.

We use reasonable efforts to keep the service available and accurate, but do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free or timely operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose.

Our aggregate liability to you for any claim related to the service is capped at the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (lost profits, lost data, goodwill). Nothing limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious violations of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Disputes will be resolved by the competent Bulgarian courts unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
