Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact us at hello@neuroinsiders.com. Please include the email address used to place the order and the order number if you have it.

Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
