• Contact details (name, email, phone, country) - to process your request, deliver the report and communicate about your order. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Uploaded creative and project information - to perform the analysis. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Technical and usage data (IP address, device type, analytics and advertising cookies) - for security, measurement and to improve the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest, or consent where required.
• Support correspondence when you contact us - to respond to your enquiries.

• Paddle.com - our Merchant of Record for payments, billing, tax and refunds.
• Hosting, email, analytics and support tooling providers (subprocessors) acting on our instructions.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed.
• Authorities when required by law.

Some of our subprocessors operate outside the EEA/UK. Where this happens we use appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions).

We keep personal data for as long as needed for the purposes it was collected and for any period required by law (e.g. accounting rules). After that we delete or anonymise it.

You have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Bulgaria: the Commission for Personal Data Protection). We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, audit logs) to protect your data.
